Our Purpose

Leaving the country of their birth and overcoming the difficulties of living in another country, with a different language and culture-- such an experience has a profound effect on young people and their future lives. Cultivating their ability to communicate ideas and achieve mutual understanding with people who hold different views will unquestionably contribute to future world peace and international cooperation. It was with this goal, of educating young people to realize such attainments, that the INOAC International Education and Scholarship Foundation was established.

The Foundation's aims are to provide scholarship assistance to Japanese nationals for university study overseas and foreign nationals for study in Japanese universities, to promote mutual understanding between Japan and other countries, and to contribute to the development of human resources that can make a positive impact on the world.
