Purpose
Leaving your home country and taking on many challenges in a foreign country with a different language and culture is an experience with a significant impact on the rest of your life. In addition, we believe that helping to grow people who can exchange opinions and build understanding with those who have different ways of thinking will surely contribute to world peace and international understanding. The INOAC International Education and Scholarship Foundation was established to help in the development and growth of people like this.
Aims
The foundation conducts operations related to scholarship assistance for those who leave Japan to study at universities, etc. outside the country as well as those who come to Japan to study at Japanese universities, etc. Through the following efforts, it aims to promote mutual understanding between Japan and other countries and contribute to the growth and development of people who can make a positive impact on the world.

1) Providing scholarships to Japanese students studying abroad
2) Providing scholarships to international students studying in Japan
3) Other activities required to achieve the foundation’s goals

- Total number of scholarship recipients surpasses 250.

- Transitioned to public interest incorporated foundation.

- 35th term scholarship recipients certified, bringing total number of scholarship recipients to 350.
- July 5, 2021
- Soichi Inoue appointed president.
- March 16, 2023
- 37th term scholarship recipients certified, bringing total number of scholarship recipients to 381.

- Shintaro Miwa appointed president.
